Spire Growth is a trinket added in The Reheated update.

Effects

• Using a card grants a flat damage up that scales with what number was written on the card, and fades over time.
  • For Major Arcana Cards, this is based on the number in front of its name, while for Playing Cards and Minor Arcana Cards, it is based on the card's ranking/numeral in their respective real-life decks.
  • The temporary damage boost decays at a rate of 0.002 per game tick, or 0.06 per second.

Notes

• The damage bonus gained from Spire Growth will not stack from using multiple cards — Spire Growth will set the bonus to that of the newly used card, if it is higher than the damage bonus Isaac currently has.

• Trinket Multipliers: Damage gained is multiplied by the amount of trinket multiplier effects.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Spire Growth rerolls it into Autopsy Kit.

Trivia

• Spire Growth is a reference to Slay The Spire, a roguelike deck-building video game. The name of the trinket is based on the monster of the same name.
